Clearbluearomatherapy.com does not test our products on animals or to the best of our knowledge use any products that have been
tested on animals.
We care that you are satisfied with your purchase from our company. Take time to carefully read the product descriptions. If you
have any questions about our products e-mail them to our department at customerservice@clearbluearomatherapy.com
We do not require a minimum order amount.
We will do our best to provide quality products and quality service to all of our customers.
Returns
We cannot accept returns or give credits on orders after 10 days from date of receipt of your order. Returns must be in usable
condition. Goods returned not due to our error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Send an email to
customerservice@clearbluearomatherapy.com to request your RMA number. All returns must have an RMA number supplied by our
staff. Once your return request is approved you will be notified of the amount of the IN STORE credit that you will receive. All credits
must be used within 1 year of the issue date.
Ordering Online
The easiest way to order from us is through our website. This site contains our most complete and up-to-date catalog. To place your
order online all you have to do is find the products you want, place them in your cart by clicking on the add to cart button. Once you
are ready to checkout click on the checkout button.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
When you place your order online your credit card is authorized. The funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and use the
correct zip code, avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your account.
You must provide us with the additional lasts three digits of your credit card that are located on the back of your credit card for
verification that the credit card is in your possession. We need to have this information to insure that the credit card being used is
valid and in good standing and that the proper owner of the card authorizes this order.
Please note that all payment methods are subject to verification and review by Clearbluearomatherapy.com. Clearbluearomatherapy.
com reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected or actual fraud or
unauthorized activity. It is important that you provide a valid email address and phone number when you place your order in
case we need to verify any information.
Using Credit Cards Online

Placing Orders by Mail
You can also order via Postal Mail with a money order. Print out your shopping bag when you have selected all your products. Keep
in mind that using our website is the most efficient way to place an order and mail orders can take longer to be processed.

Faxing Orders
If you wish to fax your order please print out “your shopping bag” and fax it to us with the following: Name, Billing Address, Shipping
Address, Phone number, credit card number, expiration date & signature. If you have an email address, please provide that as well.
Please note that when faxing in your order it can take up to two extra days to be processed.
Sales Tax
We currently only charge sales tax on orders delivered to Florida.
Modifying Orders
We do not modify orders once they are placed. If you wish to add items to your order please place a new order.
Shipping Policies
It is our priority to provide you with the best possible product, service and delivery. Your order will be carefully processed and
shipped as soon as possible usually within 24 hours.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
We only use UPS shipping.
